How Do You Create Websites?

We use website builders to curate our clients websites. We prefer to build with CMS Platforms. We have broad knowledge in coding when we have to run into some kinks or adding special touches. Most of our experience is used on website builders, so we prefer building with minimal coding and more designing, which can help us control the user experience and dictate the journey our clients users should have, it also can lead to quick turn-around times for our projects!

How Long Do You Need To Create a Website?

We aim to complete projects within 4-6 weeks for Facelits and Minimal Websites. E-Commerce Projects can take up to 10 weeks.

Do You Provide Hosting?

We don’t have direct access to servers to offer hosting, we rely on our Web Designing platforms, or can offer hosting through businesses like GoDaddy or CrazyDomains.

Can You Create Domain Emails?

We like to use Google Workspace to generate email platforms for our clients. Google Workspace offers Google Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Forms, Ads, Groups and Hangouts in a all-in-one platform which makes it much simpler and manageable for us to maintain for our clients and for them to access.

How do you Manage SSL Certificates?

We like to get our SSL Certificates issued with our Websites, or grabbing them off entirely seperately.

How long does completing business branding take?

Branding is more intricate so we can take anywhere up to 2-4 weeks to finish projects, depending on the communications with the client. We offer 3 revisions to get it right for the client.

Do you provide the client with all resources once done?

We hand everything off to the client once payments are finalised and the client has agreed with the finished product. We do not withhold anything as long as payments are met.

Do you print business cards directly?

We do not print business cards directly, we can organise printing, which is not allocated in the final cost, unless printing is requested.

How many different versions of a logo do you produce?

We produce Primary and Secondary versions of a single logo, along with watermarks if requested. We then ensure there is a white and black version also of the final product, for businesses to use to their preference.

What exactly is Social Media Integrations?

We can assure your website and Social Media accounts/pages are linked between each other. We will ensure that your Pixels and accounts are all linked and talking to each other.

What kind of platforms do you have expertise with?

We deal with Facebook, Instagram, Google, Snapchat, Shopify and if we need to do some custom CSS to ensure platforms are working between each other.
